PECHS Flat Renovation

Project overview

A full internal renovation of a flat in PECHS. The apartment was stripped back so that plumbing and electrical runs could be replaced, then rebuilt through to a finished standard with new surfaces, joinery and fittings throughout.

Scope delivered

• Strip-out of existing finishes, fittings and services
• New concealed plumbing runs and drainage
• Rewiring with new points, switching and light fittings
• Marble and large-format tile flooring throughout
• Feature marble cladding to walls and bathroom surfaces
• New timber doors, frames and aluminium windows
• Bathrooms fitted with new sanitary ware and fittings
• Kitchen with granite worktop, units and extraction
• Plaster repair and full redecoration

Key materials and features

Working inside an occupied residential block meant material had to be brought up and debris taken down without blocking shared access, and noisy work kept to agreed hours. The finish leans on stone: book-matched marble to feature walls, marble flooring to the main rooms, and granite to the kitchen worktop.
