Zainab Builders & Contractors is a construction and contracting company based at Plot C-17, Sector D, Saadat-e-Amroha Cooperative Housing Society, Scheme 33, Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what happens to information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect only what you enter:
- Your name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- Your project location, project type, plot size and approximate budget range
- Your expected start date and the message you write
We also record the IP address and browser identifier of the submission. This is used only to limit automated spam submissions.
Why we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation or site visit, and to prepare an estimate if you ask for one. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your details are seen by our own team. Where a project requires it, we may share relevant project details with the suppliers, engineers or subcontractors working on your project. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of the project and any period afterwards required for records and warranty purposes. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
