Project overview

A full interior fit-out for a family home in Karachi, handled as a single package rather than split across separate trades. The work covers every internal surface and service: ceilings, electrical, joinery, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and decoration, finished to a move-in standard.

Scope delivered

• Gypsum false ceilings with concealed LED cove lighting, set out room by room
• Full internal electrical — concealed wiring, lighting circuits, split air-conditioning points and ceiling fans
• Hybrid solar inverter and battery backup, installed and integrated into the finished layout
• Modular kitchen with overhead and base units, stone worktop, sink and hob
• Bathroom fit-out with sanitary ware, fittings and glazed screen
• Large-format floor tiling throughout the living areas, bedrooms and circulation
• Powder-coated metal slat partitions and railings
• Wooden doors, window blinds and curtain tracks
• Painting throughout, with feature wallpaper and decorative finishes to the children's room

Key materials and features

The defining element is the ceiling work — angular gypsum profiles with concealed cove lighting, laid out so the light washes across the ceiling plane instead of glaring down into the room. Backup power was treated as part of the scope rather than an afterthought, with a hybrid solar inverter and battery bank installed and tidied into the finished interior instead of being left surface-mounted in a utility corner.
